Colonial Fest July 2016

July is definitely a time for festivals. We hit up the colonial fest again this year. We feel that it's important to make sure our kids are culturally educated and when we bring them to these types of things I feel like History is a little more exciting. Thankfully my kids are still young enough to appreciate such festivals.

The cannon is still the favorite even though it leaves your ears ringing for a few hours afterward. 

This year we took our new puppy Shelby with us to get her socialized with people. She was such a hit. Everyone LOVED her. It was hard to walk 10 feet without someone wanting to stop us and pet her or talk to her. She did so well with everyone although she did get pretty hot we gave her water multiple times thankfully I though to bring along the travel water bowl.
