We were talking about gun safety for family night and we asked the boys what they should do if they came across a real gun.
We are pro gun around here and I truly believe that as long as they are taught the proper etuquette of gun safety is much more safe than pretending they don't exist. When we asked this particular question this is the answer we got. . .
"You shouldn't pick it up because it could have been used as a murder weapon, and you don't want to get your finger prints on it."
Leave it up to my boys to come up with this scenario. But hey if it works I am all for it.
